I would prefer if our nanny was a Spanish speaker and only spoke Spanish to my son, so he could learn. An ideal day would include nap time for 1. 5 hrs, then another 1. 5 hrs of regular feed, change and play time. While baby naps, help around the house would be appreciated if possible.
