Nanny For Four Month Old Baby

Hi there! I'm in need of a nanny who is experienced with difficult babies, willing to care for my 4-month-old at our home. My husband and I both WFH, but need childcare during our work hours. We are unsure at this time if we are looking for FT or PT, but would like to experiment with what works best for us. My baby isnt the easiest (colicky) and rarely takes a bottle (I breastfeed), so patience and kindness is a necessity. We're hoping to find someone who will stick with our family for a year or two and treat our kiddos like their own (I also have a 13, 11, and 7-year-old, but care will mostly be for the baby). Light housework and occasional pickup for the older kids would be a plus. We also have a dog who isn't the best around strangers as well as a cat, so must be okay with animals.
