We have 9mo identical twin boys and their almost 2 yo big brother. I work typically Mo-Fr from 8-4:30, but some days 7-3:30, it can be pretty flexible. My husband is about to start work as a CNA in July but doesn't know his schedule yet. He may work 4 or 5 days a week, not sure what shift yet. We have older kids too that normally get home around 3:30 from school (they don't need watching and are a big help). But, school is out right now!!! They will be home during the summer too. So during that time it would definitely be easier with the babies. They can definitely help.
