Nanny Needed For My Children In Fremont.

We are looking for basic childcare (i. e., supervision and playtime with the baby, feeding, diaper changes, etc.). My mother-in-law currently provides our childcare but it is proving too difficult for her to do all day, so we are looking for part-time help (maybe 4-5 hours a day). My husband and I work from home, so we'll frequently be around as well, but not always. My daughter is learning to stand on her own and very interested in walking, which we want to encourage. When she gets cranky, it is usually for a reason. Lately, it's her teething. She loves going for walks in her stroller and that's an easy way to distract or calm her down. She's a very loving and funny baby to be around once she adjusts to a new person.
