We want a nanny who will care for our baby as one of her own and mix into the household seamlessly. My husband and I work from home, my mother-in-law lives with us and we have a small dog and cat. Previous nanny cooked M.'s meals and did her laundry. M. is 10 months and starting to become more mobile now. We like to avoid screens around her except for video calls with the family. Her current schedule may be disturbed due to jet lag.
