We have a VERY sweet 21-month-old boy and we were just informed that our current Nanny got a job for a new career. We are going to miss her DEARLY and its a bittersweet departure as we are so happy and proud of her but will miss her as she is so great with our son. We are a family of four and also have a 4-year-old but the care would primarily be for the almost 2-year-old. We are flexible on the days but the hours of 8-4 are something we found works for us.
