One parent will always be working from home during the care giver's shift. We need assistance with taking care of our 4-month-old daughter: bottle feeding, burping, diaper changing, putting baby to sleep, supervising naps, and providing educational play time during wake windows. And light house work including: washing, sterilization of baby's bottles, pacifiers, and pump parts. Starting, rotating, and folding laundry, and doing a small amount of dishes in the kitchen and putting away groceries. And cleaning up baby's toy/play area.
