Nanny For Active 10 Month Baby Girl

My family is looking for a reliable, experienced, safety focused nanny to care for our 10-month-old baby girl. Our baby girl is very active and we need a nanny that focuses on age appropriate playing with a strong focus on safety. Need experience with a baby that is challenging to bottle feed. She is on a schedule with feedings and naps and its important that our nanny keeps our baby on schedule, brings a positive energy into our home, and handles feedback well. We have a small dog and my husband and I work several days from home. Baby laundry, unloading dishwasher, only needed when she is napping. Our baby loves to play, go on walks, go to the nearby park, and learn. We are looking for a nanny that fits into our family, loves kids, and will stay with us for 1 year. Potential for additional hours for date nights.
