We would need additional help on days when school lets out early and occasionally with picking up his older brothers. E gets out of school at 2:45 p.m. M, T, W, and F and at 1:20 p.m. on Th. E has emotional regulation challenges, and he can get frustrated easily and then get stuck thinking about what is bothering him. He needs someone who can stay calm, listen to him, show empathy, give him time to cool down, and then talk to him to find solutions. He does best when given choices. He likes playing videogames and at the park. He loves frogs, owls, and T-Rexes. He's interested in science-related topics too.
