Part Time Nanny For Two Toddlers With Autism - Flexible Schedule

We have two toddlers with Autism. Our daughter is 2 and our son is 3. Both of our children are very mild mannered, well behaved. They are both nonverbal, they have ABA 4 days a week. We are very routined household. Someone familiar with autism is a major plus. Both my husband and I work from home our schedule is very flexible and days will vary. We are looking for someone to help a few hours a day a couple days during the work week. We would like to build a relationship with someone to move into babysitting on weekends and possibly overnights. Our 3rd baby is our French bulldog, so pet friendly is important :).
