Part-time Babysitter / After School Care For 2 Girls In Fallbrook

I need someone for 2-3 months starting on 9/03 to pick up my girls from school and stay with them until either I or husband get home. After that, it would be as needed. One girl is physically disabled and uses a wheelchair, so some lifting is required (she is a little person and 33 lbs). The schedule would vary somewhat week to week, but we find out the monthly schedule 10 days prior to it beginning. I need 2-3 days a week, on occasion 4; 10-19 hours weekly. The start time would be 2:30 p.m. except when I need a Wed, which is 12:30 p.m. start. The latest end time would be 8 p.m. on Tues, but otherwise 6 or 7 p.m.
