About the job
Care is needed for a 26-year-old girl with profound special needs. She is calm, sweet and easy to be with. She loves art, colorful lights, music, plants, animals, friends and family. She is non ambulatory, nonverbal, wears diapers, and depends on a feeding tube. She requires total support to meet all her basic needs as well as handling of some routine special medical needs. Pay is on a progressive scale to foster quality care and longevity. Those who bring skills to the job start at a higher hourly rate and every caregiver has the opportunity to work towards $50 and RN's can work up to $60. I employ a small team of caregivers to provide a collective of about 65 hours per week according to the schedule below. Start dates are flexible. Help is currently needed for regular shifts and as needed and overnight positions are always available.
