About the job
We are hoping to find someone to help with our 3-year-old daughter on a part time / as needed basis while I'm out of the country helping with ageing parents (on and off likely for several months). This would mostly be to give my wife a bit of relief from her role as a stay at home mom and potentially to come in for some early mornings to allow a bit of extra sleep as our daughter has been experiencing major sleep regressions with my regular absences. We are super flexible with hours. We are looking for a playful, loving and nurturing care giver who is skilled in confident redirection and respectful communication with toddlers. We would love to find someone familiar with Waldorf and RIE philosophies and some education or training in child development.
