Busy family seeks a reliable House Manager & Childcare Assistant 3 days/wk to support our home with two kids, ages 4 and 2. Role includes managing errands, meal prep, bills, and household tasks while providing childcare. Must be punctual, proactive, calm under pressure. Duties: laundry, grocery shopping, healthy meals, coordinating family calendars, caring for kids with activities, errands (family car available), weekly mail, occasional school pickups/drop-offs, and assisting with travel plans. Flexible hours, some weekends/evenings. Must like dogs/cats. Pay: $25/hr + monthly bonus. Our Fair Oaks home is 4, 500 sq ft with a 2-acre yard great for kids. Ideal candidate is trustworthy, sharp, organized, positive. Bonus for CPR, sign language, childcare exp. Part-time, may grow to full-time.
