My youngest (now 18 months) needs a part-time caregiver while I work. J needs some attention and assistance in the afternoon with homework (in Spanish) and someone to play with him a bit. We are caregivers to teens with special needs and I would like some assistance with the little ones in the afternoon to be a bit more available to the older kids.
