I'm fostering a newborn for 90 days, she has a recessed jaw and tongue tie but has completed detox but will be fussy. I predict I will need part time help on days I have appointments or nights I need extra sleep, need someone I can trust. I live next to fire station and hospital but still want someone trained for anything, but still friendly enough for me to be around
