Mom works night shift. Need help watching our 5-month-old and 17-month-old girls. One day for 8 hours and 2 days for 4 hours. Days are flexible as moms schedule is rotating. On the 8 hour day-mom will be here but sleeping. And watching the girls in between mom leaving for work and dad coming home.
