Nature-Based Nanny Role

We are looking for a nurturing, energetic nanny to join our nanny share in Escondido, caring for two toddlers on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and potentially Fridays, with the potential to expand to full-time. Our home sits on a two-acre property with a creek and hiking trail, ideal for nature-based learning. Responsibilities include Montessori-inspired activities and possible child transport from Bay Ho. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in growing into a larger role, possibly helping us transition into a nature-focused educational setting for more children in the future. Our families are big on staying active, eating healthy organic food, playful activities, Montessori or similar methods and outdoor nature time.
