Nanny In Escondido Needed :)

Looking for a nanny for our daughter! She is 5 months old so we're looking for someone who is patient with her to do her tummy time, age appropriate play, read, etc. Schedule varies a lot, (sorry for that in advance) but we're a dual military family, I work night shift (6:30pm-7:10am) in Oceanside, so I'll be asleep in our room while you take care of our baby! and my husband works in San Diego and his hours are either (7:00am-3:00 p.m. or 9:00 am-7ish pm) we live in escondido so we have to leave at certain times to beat the dreaded California traffic :( so we need punctuality please ! It'll either be 2-3 days a week , will answer any questions you have! Thank you in advance ! !
