We are an Encinitas family seeking a dedicated and long-term nanny for our 8-month-old! Our ideal match is experienced, patient, loving, and engaging. Key Responsibilities: * Provide attentive and nurturing care for our baby. * Be an extension of our family, implementing gentle parenting, structure and nap schedule. * Passionate about child development and enjoys creating a stimulating environment. * Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, meal prep, etc.) during 3 hours of daily naps. * Comfortable with pets (we have one sweet and timid dog). * Comfortable with 2 children as we plan to expand our family in the future. Schedule: * 24 hours a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. * Potential to add a day of the week: up to 30 hours a week.
