About the job
We are looking for someone to help with our (almost) 11-month-old a couple days a week for about 3-4 hours. You are someone who is and/or has: -Infant experience and a strong understanding of baby care -CPR & infant safety certified -Reliable transportation & safe driving record -Comfortable with light baby-related tasks (baby laundry, bottle washing, light meal prep, and keeping the babys space clean) -Pet-friendly (we have one dog and two cats) -Understands gentle parenting and how to support infants/toddlers in processing their emotions (Big Little Feelings style!) -Comfortable with technology (we use Nanit, Hatch, Alexa, and baby tracking apps) -Values transparency and open communication. We believe that mutual trust and clear, honest dialogue are key to a great working relationship.
