- Infant experience and a strong understanding of baby care - CPR & infant safety certified - Reliable transportation & safe driving record - Comfortable with light baby-related tasks (baby laundry, bottle washing, light meal prep, and keeping the babys space clean) - Pet-friendly (we have one dog and two cats) - Understands gentle parenting and how to support infants/toddlers in processing their emotions (Big Little Feelings style!) - Comfortable with technology (we use baby tracking apps) -Values transparency and open communication. We believe that mutual trust and clear, honest dialogue are key to a great working relationship.
