Full-Time Experienced Nanny For Our Toddler (Encinitas, CA)

We are looking for a full-time, experienced nanny to care for our almost 3-year-old daughter in Encinitas (turns 3 in May). Both of us are business owners, and we need someone to care for our daughter while we work, as well as someone who can travel with us as a family a few times per year. Our ideal match is reliable, nurturing, organized, proactive, trustworthy, and communicative. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires occasional schedule adjustments and light travel with our family.
