We are looking for a babysitter / nanny to watch our 2. 5-year-old and/or our 5-month-old boys for a few hours on the weekends / a few times during the week (we're flexible on the exact hours). We would love to establish regular care so that when we need to travel (eg for weddings) our kids have a babysitter they are comfortable with for longer durations. We love to be outdoors as much as possible and both our boys like going for wagon / stroller rides in our neighborhood and the nearby park. We have a dog but he typically leaves the house with us so our nanny / babysitters are not required to take care of him.
