Seeking full time, long term personal/household assistant. The right candidate will be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while supporting a successful executive and his family, maintaining personal and family calendars, making travel reservations, organizing meetings and appointments, assisting with transporting the children to school, extracurricular activities and social events. A flexible schedule is a must, the ability to work some nights, weekends and overnights as well as an occasional extended stay if needed. This position requires a well-organized, well mannered and cheerfull individual to maximize efficiency for the company officer and his family. This is a very fluid schedule as needs may vary from day to day.
