Friendly, active family seeks a full-time nanny to care for twin boys, 8 months old at the positions start. We are seeking a long-term addition who supports gentle parenting and is excited to engage with the boys in activities like tummy time, walks, reading, and singing. The boys have a generally structured feeding and nap schedule, with flexibility as they grow. We encourage outdoor activities, such as walks and in time, may provide a car for outings. Our home, located in a walkable neighborhood, has a fenced backyard for play. A small dog is part of the family. Responsibilities include managing the boys schedule, engaging in age-appropriate activities, and light housekeeping related to the twins. On most days, one parent will be working from home in the backyard shed, which serves as an office. We are hoping to find the right fit :) :)
