family needs a full-time nanny. Must love babies and toddlers!! My babies are 3 years old and 1 years old. I am looking for someone who has a lot of patience, creative in thinking of activities to do with my children while I am working. I am looking for someone who understands gentle parenting, positive reinforcement, redirecting children when needed, and loves to get silly and playful with my sweet little ones! Our ideal match will meet the requirements below. Some light housekeeping and meal prepping is required.
