Morning Care For 2 Year Old And 6 Month Old

I work full time from home and I'm looking for help during my morning meetings. My daughter just turned 2 in August. She is very smart and strong willed but is also very goofy and playful. She is high needs so someone with experience would be great. My son is 6 months old. He loves toys, can sit on his own, and is starting to explore food. He currently will have one nap during this time frame. Must be able to play on the floor with the kids. We have a playroom and a backyard. We are looking for someone who has a more gentle approach and no yelling is a must. We would love someone who is looking for more long term and can form a bond with our kids.
