I work from home and need support taking care of my infant. We will eventually sleep train so we're trying to stick to a routine that baby is used to - his current routine is very simple since he's less than 6 months old. Looking for a nanny that is up-to-date on vaccines (Tdap, most updated COVID-19 booster and flu shot). The housekeeping expectation is just surrounding baby care (ex: sterilizing bottles and my pump parts and putting away baby laundry).
