Hi, I just need my kids entertain and supervised while I work from home. They have a lot of toys and crafts supplies but it's not necessary to do anything in specific other than keep them quiet when I'm in a work meeting or in an occasional phone call. They are allowed to watch TV, play on my phone etc, whatever that keeps them busy. I just can't keep an eye on them all the time. My starting rate now is $18 an hour and will increase to $20/hr in January. This is potentially a permanent position for the right person with possibility of more increase in hours and salary in the future.
