About the job
We're looking for an occasional sitter with some regular hours who can support me (mom) in caring for our 3-year-old. Here are the details: -Active Navy family and dad is currently "home", but working extremely intense hours and only home during waking hours about 1 day a week -Mom is a therapist with her own private practice, queer, and currently managing all things parenting, household, and work -3 y/o is neurodivergent, independent, joy-inducing, and a total sweetheart -We have 3 dogs (2 large, 1 medium) -Roommate and good friend also lives with us Needs: -Neurodivergent-affirming, experience and education/training in neurodivergent young children -Availability on weekends -Regular hrs on Wednesdays 4-7 p.m. with school pick-up, possibly other times as well, to be discussed
