Nanny For A Toddler And Older Infant

We are looking for a nanny that is excited and passionate about young children. Both boys are in fun, explorative stages of life, and we are looking for someone that will help foster their exploration and keep them safe. For this position, we need someone that is willing to have a varying schedule. I teach 3rd grade, and my husband works for Cal Fire. His job has a rotating schedule and is prone to working overtime; therefore, we are asking for someone who can be available with a flexible schedule. Depending on my husband's schedule, a typical day would start at 6:00 a.m. and typically end at 5:00 p.m. Our toddler loves hands-on play and various activities, such as reading, playing with toys, and spending time outdoors. Our infant loves crawling around and playing with age-appropriate toys. Our toddler needs support using the restroom, as he is potty training. We are looking for someone that is CPR/First Aid certified. We have three border collies, but they will be outside locked in kennels. Occasionally, we may ask a nanny to refill a water bowl, but typically, a nanny would not have to worry about our dogs.
