We are looking for a babysitter with experience with autistic young children. We would prefer a babysitter who has a college degree or has taken child development courses. We have a 4-year-old and a 6-year-old, both autistic. They both have high-support needs and are non-speaking. Two caregivers are needed all the time so the babysitting would be done alongside dad, so that I (mom), can get a break. Looking for someone with high enthusiasm, creativity and intuition to be a co-regulator and mainly just to be able to keep them happy while I get a break.
