Nanny Needed In Dixon

We are looking for a great nanny for helping me with my 5-month-old during dinner and nighttime routine. My husband works a rotating schedule of 48 hours on and 96 hours off, so the days that I would need help rotate each week. At the minimum I would need two nights a week but often he has to do overtime. He is a firefighter so his schedule can be unpredictable, so we need someone who is flexible and dependable. I would mainly need help napping, bathing, playing, and doing bedtime for my infant so I could attend to dinner and bedtime routine for my 3 and 5-year-old.
