Babysitter/Nanny Needed For Neurodivergent Child

I am looking for a great babysitter for 1 child. I need someone with experience babysitting or working with kids on the spectrum who struggle with understanding social norms. My daughter is homeschooled and very creative. I would love someone who could come with structured activities or ideas for play outside/inside. New games or puzzles for 5 -7-year-olds are typically a hit. We use positive reinforcement and a reward or preferred activity system for her to complete some activities. The more experience someone has and the more connection that can be built, the more hours can be assigned. I would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree.
