In Home Support Provider Needed For Child Care Assistance

**Description:** We are seeking someone to care for our non-verbal 7-year-old daughter with multiple special needs, including ASD & ADHD. Responsibilities: Supervise daily routines, enforce behavioral protocols, and communicate solely through an Augmentative and Alternative Communication device. Light cleaning is required. She is not potty trained and will require diaper changes as part of her care, Qualifications: Extensive experience with difficult behaviors, willingness to adhere to rigid protocols, basic medical knowledge, ABA training mandatory, ability to withstand stress. Schedule: Anticipate irregular shifts encompassing weekends, nights, and holidays. Typically, care is needed from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. and again from 1 a.m. to 3 a.m.
