Nanny, Del Mar, 3 Children, 35-40 Hours Per Week

We are looking for a kind, communicative nanny with knowledge of gentle parenting techniques and 2+ years experience with children under 5 in multiple children families. We have 3 children: 5y, 2 (almost 3) y, and 1y. The oldest is in school 5 days/wk, the middle child is in a preschool 2 days per week, the youngest will begin parent/tot classes next fall. We also have scheduled activities such as dance, swim, and gymnastics. 4-5 days per week M-F starting 730am, work days and end times will vary week to week. Typical schedule is 3) 10 hour days and 1-2) 6. 5 hour days Light housekeeping and meal prep.
