About the job
We are looking for a kind, communicative nanny with knowledge of gentle parenting techniques and 2+ years experience with children under 5 in multiple children families. We have 3 children 5y, 2y, and 1y. The oldest is in school 5 days/wk, the middle child is in a preschool 2 days per week, the youngest will begin school next fall. We also have scheduled activities such as dance, swim, and gymnastics. Our schedule is flexible, with the bulk of the work (3. 5-4 shifts per week) occurring Mon-Fri 730-530, although we do request flexibility for weekends and nights if feasible (negotiable). We guarantee a 30 hour per week minimum (3 10 hour shifts) for weeks when we travel. Pay and other benefits based on experience and qualifications (such as early childhood development coursework or degrees).
