About the job
Our baby is 3 months old, super happy, but needs naps on a semi strict schedule or she'll get grumpy. She is breastfed, so there is a freezer stock for her. She has mild reflux, so she needs to be fed at a somewhat upright position with frequent burps. She has her own room and crib for naps. For her wake windows we feed, change, play or walk, (not necessary in that order) and then wind down.
