Looking For A Full-time Nanny For Four Month Old

Hello, My husband and I are first time parents expecting our baby girl to be born around August 19. We live in a four bedroom house. We are looking for an in home nanny to start at the beginning of January after I come back to work from maternity leave. We both usually work from home but will occasionally have to go to the office for a day (although at least one of us will usually be home). We are looking for a full time nanny to come help take care of baby girl while we are working. We each have offices in the back part of the house so can keep areas separated. We can allow flexibility in your schedule especially on Friday's which are generally less heavy on meetings. My husband and I are both pretty easy going and just want to find someone who is loving and nurturing that will get along great with our baby. We have one hypoallergenic multipool. He is about 13 lbs. and loves playing and people. He usually hangs out in my office during the work day so will not be in the way.
