4-year-old with likely some neurodivergence (in process of arranging testing, question re: auditory processing vs Level 1 autism vs. anxiety). Looking for someone with behavioral +/- ABA background to care for him when he doesnt have school. Currently in preschool part time and doing well but has some difficulty with social interaction/conversation. He has a 7-year-old brother who is in school every day and we have an au pair working with us so days/hours are flexible but generally hoping for M, W right now since that is when he is not in school. Once summer comes, hours can be flexible any day/time M-F and we may have a diagnosis/more guidance by then
