The ideal candidate has raised children of their own who are now grown and independent, bringing both personal and professional expertise. This position requires a nurturing but firm approach to ensure healthy eating habits and adherence to a structured daily schedule. Key responsibilities include providing attentive care, encouraging Spanish language development, prepping meals as needed, and maintaining routines for naps, feedings, and activities. Additional duties include cleaning up after the infant, light household tidying while the baby sleeps, bottle preparation, infant laundry, and general organizational support.
