Short-Term Nanny Needed

Looking for a reliable and seasoned individual with infant care experience for a 4 month stretch starting just after Thanksgiving until the end of March. Schedule will mostly be made up of 2-3 overnights per week for a newborn Jan-March with a few weeks of FT toddler support in mid Dec to early Jan (while our FT nanny for our 18-month-old is away) and a handful of additional weekend shifts. Ideally looking to build a relationship with someone who can eventually become a long term babysitter for us. Have a small dog and cat. Must be nurturing and love babies. Standard baby-specific tasks required- changing, feeding, reading, bottle washing and filling, sleeping. Engagement and tummy time and neck exercises are a must and a priority. Maintaining the nursery and baby laundry also required.
