We are first-time parents, looking for a long term, live-out nanny to join our family starting in May. We're seeking someone who is nurturing, experienced, and passionate about caring for infants to help care for our sweet 5-month-old baby girl - she is incredibly happy, alert, and active. We take a baby-led, data-informed approach to parenting. We're looking for someone who's attentive, flexible, and comfortable with both intuition and light structure. 5+ years of Infant experience. Must be able to drive since our home is not accessible via public transportation. CPR/First Aid certified and vaccinated (TDAP, Flu, and COVID). Tracking feeding, sleeping and diaper changes.
