Hi there We are first-time parents looking for a long-term live-out nanny to join our family starting in May flexible start date. Our daughter is 5 months old and is a happy, alert and active baby. We follow a baby-led data-informed approach and look for someone who is warm, attentive and comfortable with flexible routines and gentle structure. We do not use pacifiers, screens or strict schedules but track feeds, naps and diapers to stay in tune with her needs Details Caring for a 5-month-old girl Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. flexible Must be able to drive CPR First Aid certified and vaccinated Experience with infants required 8 plus years preferred Background in psychology or early childhood education is a plus Thank you for considering being part of our village
