About the job
Our family is looking for some part time mommy's helper/child care assistance. We'd would like to have help prepping meals / doing some light housekeeping (putting away toys, putting dishes in dishwasher, wiping counters, and sweeping) / playing with the kids / facilitating structured activities / reading / doing artwork / encouraging the oldest to complete homework. We don't anticipate a need to drive anywhere with the kids. We usually have one parent at or around the house most times, but we could both use the time for errands/dates/self care. We know it's a challenge to bond when a parent is home, so we will create space for that where possible. Our twins just turned three and we have an older child who's 5 years old. All three kids have exhibited a speech delay, so it would be amazing if you are skilled in that area.
