Seeking Mothers Helper

We are looking for a reliable and organized helper for single mother of 2 children We would prefer a helper who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. We are a fragrance-free household so please refrain from wearing scented lotions, perfumes, body sprays, clothing with scented laundry detergent, etc. Someone who also speaks Chinese would be interesting but not necessary.
