Nanny Needed For 7 Month Old Daughter In Culver City

We are looking for a nanny for our 7-month-old. Our ideal candidate would have either education in child development or experience with early childhood education. Familiarity with Montessori, Waldorf, or Reggio Emilia is a plus. We are introducing solids, so we need someone who will be comfortable with feeding. We are doing a mixture of purees and baby led feeding. Our daughter loves singing and hand games like patty cake, and we are looking for a caregiver who also enjoys and engages in these activities. Full vaccination (flu, COVID, etc) is a must and if you have a cold you must be willing to wear a mask if you come to work. We are hoping to find someone who can be with us until our daughter starts preschool. Payment will be via payroll. 5 sick days and 8 days (2 weeks) vacation are offered, along with $100/month stipend for insurance
