Fun, Warm, Loving, Nanny Needed In Corte Madera

Looking for a young, fun, passionate, caring, nanny to hang out with my 11m old daughter part-time. I need 10 hours 9am-2 p.m. tues/thurs to start and may want to include Fridays too starting the New Year. We're following Montessori principals in our home and have two friendly cats. I would love for my nanny to do sensory activities, water play, outdoor time, walks, and park visits. I want someone who takes initiative! If you see a fun children's activity on tick-tock and need supplies; give me a list, I'll order it, and you do it with my daughter. I also always find myself needing support with cleaning the kitchen and laundry. I would love for our nanny to help out with that too. Lastly, we would like our nanny to be open to W2 employee status. We're willing to pay more to cover taxes to ensure full pay. We look forward to meeting you!
