About the job
Fun. We want our kids to have fun, explore, create. We absolutely don't care about a mess especially in the name of fun. Things can be cleaned and clothes can we washed. We mainly gentle parent (imperfectly), we want our kids to grow up using their words and be empathetic towards others. They love it all, though some activities they'll have a greater attention span than others. They love art, music (hate when mom and dad song though), playing with their dolls, there aren't many things they don't love. My 4-year-old eldest daughter is moderate autistic. She is verbal. She's is an extremely happy kid who loves to play. All three kids are in diapers. We are working/failing at potty training the oldest two, but all in diapers. CPR/first aid certified. My kids have an obsession of putting to much food in their mouth (husband says it tastes better that way) so occasionally I've had to dislodge food from their throat/airway. Yes, there's a parking lot outside our unit, or we'd let you park in our garage. Whatever you're more comfortable with. No pets.
